So that's 36 way - but I can't tell if it's 1mm or 0.5mm pitch.
Nor is it very obvious if it's 'forward' or 'reverse'.
But there is a pretty good chance that a bit of searching on Aliexpress will get you something that's a close match to the original.
Try a search for 'flex cable 36' or simply 'flex cable' and you might be lucky.
What's wrong with the cable?
Is that a fracture / rip at the top?

It's 0.5 mm and yes, it cracked for reasons unknown! First looks are promising. Thanks for the suggestion.
Unfortunately the cable was too thick for the tilt servo to handle it. Can't seem to find find a thin fpc substitute.
