I setup my Hikvision system (8xAnalogue cameras and 2xIP) years ago and have had little problem.. But by chance, I just noticed that the IP camera in my garage was not shown so I assumed it was off line
But I could ping the 2 cameras and get a HTML connection to them.. But where as one camera logs in, the other says "incorrect username or password".. I have got through all combinations that it could be, but in truth, I am 100% sure I knew what it was so its changed (hacked? corrupted?)
Where do I go from here? Is it possible to get in? If not, what about a factory reset?
I can see the camera in SADP and have tried the unlock tool here

If you have ever locked yourself out of a Hikvision camera or NVR by forgetting the admin password, and had to beg Hikvision or anyone else for an unlock code, you will appreciate this. I present a small tool that lets you generate your own unlock codes which can be entered into SADP to reset...
But it doesn't work.. So what now?
