you entered it too many times or it was resold...where did you buy it?
regardless, you need to email support

how many times did you enter it?
also you should be deactivating it first in the about tab

what are you doing that requires it to be entered multiple time. I have only installed it once in more than a year ?

You can only a license on 1 machine. If you are trying to use the same license on multiple machines then this will happen.
