i am looking to buy ip camera.
But i see in description on some cameras that viewing angle on 3.6 is 75. but i see on other cam that 3.6 is 90.
Can 3.6 lens be 90 or all is 75?

The FOV for the same lens varies with the sensor size.
What sensor sizes were in the descriptions that you looked at?

Also consider that some manufactures use diagonal fov vs horizontal/vertical

all very poor choices. You will need to increase your budget.
