LaView vs IPCamTalk cam?

I'm trying to compare/contrast cameras. Can you tell me the difference between the Laview and IPCT Bullet cams? They both appeared to be rebrands of the same HikVision Camera.

I do like how the IPCT camera states "Up to 8 megapixel high resolution. Max. 3840x2160@2160 fps" 2160 frames per second is impressive! heh

Ours has a max of 20 fps while the LaView only has 15 fps. Ours is also cheaper with a 3 year warranty as opposed to their 2 year warranty. Ours takes the win
