@Dk@ , I believe you can use it. What is the full version number of the firmware you are currently running? Look at the system info page in your NVR. if you decide to update the firmware, I do it through the web GUI of the NVR using IE11 and then set it back to defaults and re enter my settings.

This was the latest version one i could find on the dahua website , DH_NVR4XXX-4KS2_MultiLang_V4.001.0000000.1.R.200319 (V4.1.1.)

Do you have a link amc59 for v4.1.4
I just upgraded to V4.001.0000003.0 you can find here (Dahua France). Some problem as previous V4.001.000000.0000000.4 but there is an interesting new function: 'Disarm by period' if you need a scheduled alarm disarming...

If you use a NVR, does playback of video freeze when IVS is tripped on this firmware? Example, you decide to check footage on the NVR not web gui and as IVS is tripped the screen freezes. I noticed this issue with the March 19 2020 firmware.

@Levin83, I will check this afternoon, however, that "feature" seems to be present in all earlier versions!

I downgrade my DHI-NVR4116HS-8P-4KS2 and now it won't boot up.
Any suggestions on how to hard reset or flash a new firmware?

Probably with jtag or serial port (if there is one)
Which version did you downgrade to? (and from)

I'm running V4.001.0000003.0.R.200727 from about 2 weeks. Today I try to access NVR from Web Service but I wasn't able to see cameras from live page. There is no camera list to select the view... Someone knows what is wrong with my web services? Attached a screenshot of live page.

Have you rebooted the NVR?
I reboot the NVR. Next IE asked me to load nvr plugin again. I load it but is still the same. Furthermore, also in 'search' page I cannot see any camera, while in setting I can see the full camera list and I can see camera's image in camera setting. Very strange... Of course with NVR V3 I never had a problem like this.

Very strange. Today I can access web service on both IE and Chrome and can see all cameras in Live and Search.
It seems to work fine but, in Search mode, if I have same tag set and go in 'Tag Management' to search tags, NVR crashes (flag 0x01[0x6f]).
The same happens if I have a tag on a given camera for a given day, next I select that camera and that day. Just when I click 'Tag List' the system crashes as soon as search starts (same flag as above).
FW version is V4.001.0000003.0, Build Date: 27-07-2020 , Model is DHI-NVR4208-4KS2.
Anyone else experienced the same behavior?
