Hi. Can I have a little help. I’ve got this camera. Suddenly stopped working.

ive opened it up. I have a green light at bottom. I can’t find it on my network. The network status led flash but go off every so often. I’ve tried a 12v power supply. I’ve tried the reset button.
is there anything else I can try before I Chuck in bin.

Did you have it set to use DHCP? If so - maybe the IP address has changed from what it used to be.

See if the Dahua Config Tool finds the camera.

thanks alastair. I have tried it. But not to much success. To be fair it didn’t find my other cameras that do work. I tried different versions. with the firewall turned off too.

Be sure to read the help file for Ipconfig tool. Upper right corner, third icon from the right.
Be sure to test the camera with a known good factory made cable.
Make sure the connection was properly waterproofed.

Hmmm.... Several years ago you were connecting your cams to a Hikvision NVR. Is that the case with the above Dahua and the "working" cams that won't show with the config tool?
