Ipad: "Unable to make connection; check server address."

Using 4.0.2.3 x64 server and v1.18.03 of the Ipad application.

I can use chrome from the Ipad and see my server on the LAN just fine, 192.168.1.22:81. When I use this same address in the Ipad application I get the "Unable to make connection; check server address." error.

Not sure what else to check. Hints? Thanks!

Welcome to the forum, are you certain you are entering 192.168.1.22:81 in the local address box?
If there is anything in the external box, delete it for testing.

Working now - the "Server is HTTPS" box was checked. Unchecking this box let me in... Thanks!

Perhaps a simple follow-up, how do I name the server? The app defaults to "Unnamed"... not sure where to edit.

And... it's entered on the server side. Populates the IOS app on successful login.
