How would I go about determine if IP cameras are on my wifi if I don't know the brand or any info other than that they are there. Not even sure if they are wireless or hard wired. If possible is there any CVEs or tools to exploit ip cameras to access the live video feed?

Check the 'connected devices' list on the AP/router admin pages.
See if ONVIF Device Manager (sourceforge.net) finds anything.
