IP cam viewer crashes on my ios 7

Hi,

I downloaded IP cam viewer lite on ios 7 but it crashes as I open it. How can I fix that? I could use an alternative as well. i need to operate a vr-v360 camera and the app has to be compatible with ios 7.

If using RTSP stream and if the main stream is: rtsp://CameraIPaddress:554/live/ch00_0 then try something like rtsp://CameraIPaddress:554/live/ch00_1 or rtsp://CameraIPaddress:554/live/ch01_0 etc...

iSPY has a list of cameras on how to access the RTSP stream from the cam, that is what I was pointing out. In IP Cam Viewer, I assume you are accessing it via RTSP. What are the parameters set for accessing the camera? For example, if the RTSP stream is like /live/ch00_0, try changing it to /live/ch00_1, etc.

The reason I said try substream is because I have seen the main stream crash this app before.

I see but the problem is that the app crashes before I do anything. Right after I open it.

Can you put your device in airplane mode (or just kill wifi), open the app, make the change, and then re-enable everything?

Looks like most IP cam viewers require iOS 8 or newer (i.e. Live Cams Pro), but IP Cam Viewer does state it's iOS 7 compatible...

I tried so but it still crashes. It should be compatible because I am allowed to download it but it just crashes.
