This morning took the cam inside and reset all config to default. It seems that the reset button on the cable-set affect only on the IP it changes the 192.168.x to 192.168.0 thats it. Passwords and other settings was not affected. Its weird that the cam was not found with any network scanners like Fing or Look@LAN.
