How to turn off beeping on NVR

We have a DS-7716NI-I4 . 16P NVR that beeps wth three than beeps once. I am trying to silence it with no luck. I did init the hdd but it is still doing it. Is there a way to silence the beeps or point me to doc that tells me what the beeps mean? Or, how to temporarily disable iit?

You need to find what error is triggering the beeps and fix the problem.
To do this, in the NVR web GUI, Maintenance | Log menu, run a search for all Exceptions to determine the cause.

Then - if you decide that you need to ignore the errors, under Event | Basic Event | Exception tab use the Exception dropdown to see which type has 'Audible alarm' ticked.
