How to reset Hikvision camera password

Hi all,

I've got two hikvision cameras where I've forgot my admin password. I bought these cameras from China (not genuine) and they used to work fine. At 1 stage I was playing around with them for the purpose of learning but stuffed them up and left them for too long and now forgot the password. Could some expert out there let me know how I can reset the password for these cameras pls? I've tried to use this tool (https://www.ipcamtalk.com/hik-pw-reset.php) but it didn't work for my cameras. Here are the cameras details.

I've got these info from my SADP tool (version v2.2.3.6 build20150408). The cameras are definitely as I can ping them. I'm not a technical person but can follow instructions :-)

Note: I can't access my NVR as well but that's another story for another day.
