How can I fast forward the footages I have?

Someone hitted and ran my neighbour's car and he asked me for the cam footage. I have 4 days long 143 video files and don't know how to fast forward it. It's in H265+ decoding and I can only fastforward it x4 speed on my i7 4790K computer. Tried with: VLC, GOM player and Hikvision's player.

If I try to add the video files to the Windows Movie Maker, it's takes over a hour time for just the 1 video file. Adobe Premier can not even add it.

Suggestion:
Pick a video near the end.
Damaged car showing?
Yes, move back a few video files and try again.
No, move forward a few video files and try again.
Repeat as needed until you find the incident of interest.

Give the files to your neighbour and let him waste his own time.
