Hikvision VCA error

I have just installed a DS-7204HQHI-F1/N with 2x Qvis 4-in1 2.4mp cameras set to AHD mode, when I try to set line crossing on both cameras I get an error message ;no enough resource. please disable......'
Does anyone know what is causing this problem as I have multiple lines on different channels on another system.

It's quite a low-end NVR - it looks like you are trying to configure aggregate settings beyond its capability.

Maybe the feature is only supported for hikvision cameras, because i can imagine that they are doing the analyse in the camera...

Hi, I have the features working on another DVR (same model) with a QVIS camera and hikvision camera at the same time.

thanks for the input, i checked the firmware and it was well behind the current release, a quick update fixed the issues
