I downloaded the new IVMS-4200 software for the Mac and tried to add my NVR to it via the new P2P connection option which I assume is the same as Hik-Connect. I entered the serial # as required and the verification code to the one I set when I set up the NVR. No luck though it did see the model # I have. I went in to my Hik-Connect account and deleted the NVR and tried to re-add it but the verification code didn't work there either. I thought about deleting the Hik-Connect account but I can't do that from the website, only the iOS app. Not sure I want to delete it anyway.
Not sure what to do now that I know that the verification code doesn't work. Since I deleted the NVR account from HiK-Connect I'm not getting notifications anymore either. What to do?
