Hikvision NVR on a PC and access via Ivms 4500

ok got it to work with some magic . don´t know what =D
iVMS-4200 PCNVR up and running at least.

will run this until i feel any need for Bi or anything else I suppose.

just have to wait for my cameras to arrive as well .......

Nambi- thanks , I just downloaded it of hikvisioneurops webpages now actually. Got big time problems with it right from the start.... I´m running win 10 pro, anything i click . yes absolutely anything i want to click on it pops up the following message: "No permission for parameters checking" .... and nothing happens . I can barely start the wizard thats it . but that one doesnt work as well =D


I am running it in administrator mode so shouldnt be any problem there anyway . any suggestions are welcomed.

The version I'm using (win 7) works fine, try running it under win 7 compatibility mode or try this one.

btw have you tried the 5200 pro version ?
it is available for download anyway, just installed it . but can´t say much since i haven´t recieved my cameras yet ......

btw I just did a quick search on the interwebs. but didn´t find what I am looking for. Does anyone know if and where anyone is sharing camera that is set up some where for test or something?.
just wanted to add a camera to the software , since I´m still waiting for mine to arrive =)
