Hi guys, I got a hikvision nvr and trying g to setup remote access for it. Under the network setting, platform access, it doesn't have the hik-connect option. It only has hik cloud p2p option and doesn't have any verification code section either. And even when connect to the internet shows offline.
Amyone knows how can I setup for hik-connect mobile phone app access.

Hi Avi I found that when setting up these. You need to enable Hik Cloud P2P also DHCP (Odd but helps sometimes). The verification code in uderneath the NVR. Let me know if you want me to log in and try and set it up for you if you still struggling.
