I have recently purchased from the local china market a Hikvision NVR DS-7104N-SN/P (PoE) and Hikvision DS-2CD3332-I.
They are running original latest Chinese firmware (as of October). The NVR GUI is English.
The setup for portforwarding is running fine as in:
Problem:
On the NVR DDNS page, with DDNS enabled, when I click save, I get a "Invalid operation".
The message stays for a few seconds and then disappear. There are no log entries generated.
Here is the screenshot below.
Please point me in the right direction. I guess it could be something so simple that I need to reach out quickly after spending so much time googling and reading technical bulletins.

- ports (80, 554, 8000) tested OPEN on http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/
- liveview on internet - using ip address- is working on iVMS4500 (via 4G)
