Hikvision no live view away from home

Hi I have a hikvision Ds 7604ni-de/p

And four cameras with work fine .

The only problem I have is connecting

Live view away from house , if I am at home

I can view fine through my WiFi , but will not connect

Away from home even if I have WiFi ! I have my

Router connected through my ASUS WiFi could

This be the problem! With my old cheap camera

System (Kane ) I had no problem connecting!

All help will be much appreciated

i suspect you need to forward your ports for that camera through your router first

That is, if you also want to put your LAN, and the devices and data on it, at risk of being hacked by letting the entire internet access a device with security vulnerabilities.
