Hikvision IP camera playback failed

Hello All,

Below is my CCTV Spec.

Hikvision 4 MP IP BULLET CAMERA (model no: ds-2cd1240-i)
Hikvision 8 CH NVR RECORDER (model no: ds-7p08ni-k1)

Here is my problem. CCTV live feed is showing in my TV via HDMI without any stuck or freeze. It just plays fine. But when i use playback option to view recording, it plays for 5 sec then video freezes (fast forwarded by 5 to 8 secs). It just goes on in same pattern. This happens for 2 camera.

For other two camera, i can see black screen during playback but it is showing as recorded with blue bar. Attached screenshot of camera recording setting (same for all cameras).
All cameras are connected within 10 to 20 meter distance from POE switch. I don't see any information in logs too like network error.
Please let me know if i need to change recording setting or any other change.
 
Check the HDD SMART data to see if there are any problem showing in the attribute counts.

Suggestions to try:
The bitrate is quite high - as an experiment, reduce it to about half and see what changes.
Reduce the fram rate to maybe 15fps and see what that changes.

Can you pls suggest what bitrate I should keep
