Hi friends my ip camera is rebooting every 40 seconds what can I do?

it is being hacked...STOP port forwarding...if it is not a china region camera, then update the firmware..if it is a china region camera, updating the firmware will brick it..
 
It is china region camera and I update the firmware and now I have this problem!!can I do something for this problem?
 
I'm trying to put new firmware with tftp server,and when it goes to transmit the file it starts again from the beggining,what else can I try?

You do need to supply a bit more info to get helpful responses.

Does it complete the file transmit?
If so, what does the status show next?

Normally, after the file transmit, and a successful update, it's important to shut down the tftp server so it doesn't do the update all over again.
 
It doesn't complete the file transmit,I wait more than 10 minutes to show me system update completed but it starts again from the beggining.I don't now what is happening.

It does complete the file transmit.
But it does not do the update - presumably it's rejecting the firmware as not valid for the model.

This is the firmware for the model you have listed : DOWNLOAD PORTAL
But that will only be accepted if the camera is not a China region device, and the version tried is the same or higher that the previous version (downgrade is blocked).
Was the camera bought as updateable?
 
Any firmware for this chinese region camera to fix it?
the camera wasnt updatable.

there is no downgrade for this model, but will happily run a Chinese firmware
