Hello. My nvr ds7616n-e2/8p got english firmware v3.4.80 bulid 160718. I have ipc ds-2cd214f-is with chinese firmware v.5.4.14 bulid 160608. I have error language mismatch. Can i change firmware in nvr to chinese ? I try to upload chinese firmware but i got error. I don't care if nvr is in chinese. I just need that the ipc works ok with nvr.

It's not the firmware that determines the region of the NVR, it's the factory settings of the NVR itself, which have been written in a protected area of the flash memory.
There are a couple of things you could try, but no guarantee of success:
Change the protocol of the camera connection to ONVIF instead of Hikvision and see if language mismatch still occurs.

And - I don't know if it's a bug, or specific to my 7816N-E2 NVR, but using the K41 3.4.90 firmware on the NVR, a Chinese 3335 IPC is no longer rejected with 'language mismatch' when connected as ONVIF.
