HIKvision DS-8616NI-ST Not recording new Camera

Dear All,

Recenlty we had some issues with 3 cameras, they were not connecting to the NVR, we have replaced them and now they are working perfectly, except for the recording, the NVR is recording all the other old camera but not the new ones,
So far, I rebooted the NVR several times, set the recording schedule, made sure all settings of the new cameras are similar to other old cameras, but still cannot get the NVR to record.

they are working perfectly, except for the recording,

Is the intention to record only on motion, as per the screenshot?
If so, check the basic Event | Motion configuration.
