Hikvision DS 7608 won't work with Avtech camera

So I just bought a Hikvision NVR then I tried to add my 3 avtech cameras (two AVM328 and one AVN365).
The AVN328 is connected smoothly but camera management says my AVN365 is Offline(user password error.).
All cameras is connected by POE switch (not on NVR) but just AVN365 that wont work with hikvision.
So whats wrong? Is AVN365 is not compatible with my NVR or I missed something?
