Hikvision DS-7604NI-E1/4P Firmware

Looking for some help.
I have the NVR above and want to update the firmware.
I think I have located the correct firmware but there are 3 options. (see attached)
East, West and BL
I assume they are for regions?
Can somebody kindly confirm this is the correct firmware for my NVR and advise which I choose?
I am in the UK.
Any help appreciated.

V3.4.0 build 150929 is what is showing.

There is an update button next to this Firmware version. Will clicking that automatically find the correct version?

Eastern Europe, Western Europe, Baseline Multi-language.

I am in the UK.

In that case the Baseline version is what you need, assuming you want English menus.

Does it matter if I upgrade straight from my version to the latest version?
I read somewhere that you should install the versions in the right sequence.
