Hikvision DS-7600 series RTSP + ONVIF

Hi all.

I've given up talking to Hikvisions incompetent support.
Can anyone in here confirm that these products can accept RTSP streams from 3rd party cameras alongside ONVIF protocol ?

'DS-7600 series' covers several different models.

For 76xxNI-Ex and 76xxNI-K2 there is ONVIF as a standard model choice, and RTSP is available via the 'Custom Protocol' configuration choice.
I've connected many 3rd-party cameras via ONVIF and RTSP with no problems.

Ah perfect! Think I will toss my Owsoo in the bin and try out a Hikvision then.

Maybe give some thought to H.265 support if you are going to swap out some kit.

Yup, as far as I saw, did the 7600 line use h.265? or was I wrong?
Anyways, majority of my cameras are Ubiquiti and h.264 at the moment, and I only record on motion.

Not the older models.
You need to check the specs closely.
That's why I bought a 7616NI-K2 and will be selling a 7608NI-E2/8P
