I have a few of these cameras and they are not in use, they keep disconnecting, can these cameras be upgraded and if they can where can I get the upgrade software.
Please let me know.

It all depends on whether they are CN cameras running seller-installed 'hacked to English' firmware, or International models.
The serial numbers are usually a good indication.
What are the groups of 4 letters in the serial numbers - for example CCCH ?

CN cameras can be converted to EN and upgraded with this method : R0 / DS-2CD2x32 BrickfixV2 brick recovery and full upgrade tool - enhanced.
