Hikvision camera and firmware failssss

Please I am having problem my camera I try to update it but it fails and now on sadp tools
I can see my HHT port.
I there any chance to recover or to upgrade ?
I need your help

why did hikvision cameras have warnings on this forum to NOT update firmware? Called brick the camera.

So it sounds like the camera was having an issue already before updating? or did you update and then it broke?
