Hi all,


I have a problem with the abbove camera
I have buy over Alliexpress the DS-2CD3145F-I and reciwed it yesterday


When I connect the camera to my notebook (windows 10) and put in the external power supply
I see the led are shining and the green led is blinking insite the camera


After few sec I can ping the camera(192.0.0.64) but after 20 sec I get not reachebel


In the SADP Tool I see no Device. I have restart the cam serveral times also the SDAP tool
but I get no connection.


The camera has the firmware V5.3.5



I hope someone can help me

That's normal, if it stops responding after 3-4 secs - the camera is using that address to check for a tftp server.

In the SADP Tool I see no Device. I have restart the cam serveral times also the SDAP tool

What version of SADP are you using? The latest is 3.x
Ensure you are using a wired connection (not WiFi) for your notebook.
If that still doesn't work - try de-installing then re-installing SADP to ensure all components are there.
