good day i have a hikvision camera type 2CD2041G1
I have to change the IP address and enter the password in the SAD tool
it's strange you buy a new camera and nowhere can you find the password
what kind of strange policy is this?
who can help me the tools on this site do not work

There is no password on a new device - they are 'Inactive' and do not operate until you create your own strong password to 'Activate' it.

It's a good security policy to not have default passwords that often do not get changed.

I have to change the IP address and enter the password in the SAD tool

If SADP shows the camera status=Inactive, you activate it with your own choice of strong password.
If SADP shows status=Active - someone has already done this.
