Is this worth $150.00? Is it any good. I'm new to this stuff and confused. Wanting at least 4 cameras one being ptz, Would this be good for that?

That's a 4-channel NVR - so "at least 4" does not fit.
How maxed-out it would be with the maximum of 4 would depend on the stream requirements of your (unspecified) cameras.
I presume you've checked out the specs for the resolution and bit-rate supported?

Well like I said, new to this. I would like 4, 2mp hikvision cameras. 3 being dome cameras, one being some type hikvision ptz. If this makes any sense. Thanks
