Help with reseting camera video format.

Hi guys,

I got this problem today and im trying hard to fix it but im unable to.
The problem is that i changed the camera video format on the OSD by mistake using XVI Controls on the DVR and i got a black screen on that camera, and im unable to get it back to working. So after using google i realized that there is a reset button on cameras but i didn't find one on my camera, Do you have any solution for that?

With power on, you might CAREFULLY try a temporary jumper from GND (ground or DC-) to the "RSTn" pad at the top of the first image, shown below. Keep in place for at least 15 seconds, maybe longer if that doesn't work.

If it works, consider installing a N.O. (Normally Open) push button it place of the jumper.

Thank you, i have done that but it's still not working, and i have noticed this "N" Icon on the bottom left of the screen.
