Good day,


Does anyone here to help me how to reset the NETWORK CAMERA model ds-2cd1123g0-i with SV. 5.5.82
I've forgot the admin password and don't remember the activation date. I hope I can find solution here.

have you opened the camera up and located the reset button. This is for a hard reset. Some not all Hikvision cameras have a reset button inside.
May not work for your camera.

My Hikvision camera password reset button for DS-2CD2745FWD-IZS
I thought would find on the board so took apart. 2 pairs of glasses and magnifying glass .... but
it was on the front Sd card cover
But thanks to Southern Yankie didnt have to try password reset software online
