If by that you mean you have erased mtdblock0, mtdblock1 and mtdblock2 then the NVR is truly bricked.
Do you see any activity at all on the serial console when you power it on?

mtdblock0 holds the u-boot bootloader as well as other device data and is usually read-only
mtdblock1 holds the configuration and other data
mtdblock2 holds the whole firmware as a cramfs image.

That is the wrong firmware - it's for

From the link I provided?
There are 19 versions to choose from.
cant find the TFTP AUTO UPDATER
You do not need this with the serial console access. You specify the addresses to use via the terminal.

Retry count exceeded; starting again
These are just timeouts when the handshaking loses sync.
You can either wait several minutes for the retry, or hit Control-C and answer the questions again about IP address.
Is the PC running the tftp server on WiFi? If so - you will get problems. Best to wire directly to the switch or router.

Hello i tried many time always the seen problem
i think the problem is come from the switch (manageable)

Hey - well done for getting there!
Now make sure you write down what you did in case you ever need to do it again.
And export a copy of the device configuration (maintenance menu) and save it in a safe place.
