Hard Reset on Dahua NVR 24-ch (N52A4P8)

Hello,
I need some guidance in how to hard reset my Dahua 24ch NVR (N52A4P8)
The reason in me doing so is. I set the resolution to high and my monitor can’t support the resolution. I have tried 7 other monitors and tv’s and nothing works. Also I had no success in logging into the DVR via web browser. Any help is greatly appreciated.

This would be worth pursuing assuming you can reconfigure the video resolution using that access.
Some more info is needed so you can get helpful suggestions, for example :

What is the IP address of the DVR?
What is the IP address of the PC you tested the connection with?
How is the PC connected to your LAN, WiFi or wired?
What did the web browser respond with when you attempted the connection?
Did the browser use HTTP: or HTTPS: ?
