I'd have no problem dropping a dime on his thieving ass. He's got a @#$% job and he steals candy meant for children. He's a dick and deserves to get fired.

Theft is theft. If he took a candy bar, then that's one thing, but taking the entire plate with all the candy, is theft. If he does this in public, what does he do to packages in the van?
