Green box follows movement

This may seem silly but my NVR looks fine if I log onto some of my cameras through Internet Explorer I see a green box following people along.
The only thing I have on is line crossing and these boxes are nowhere near that it also happens in IVMS but not the NVR.
I guess I missed something somewhere but don't understand..
Anyone have any ideas how to turn that off?

Disable 'Rules' in the system settings.

Okay I'm a little slow, looked under the camera on the system I see time DST RS-485 and about maintenance security and user management the word rules is not showing up could you elaborate a little more thank you.

camera menu, go to configuration->local->live view parameters->rules-> disable

Is there a way to enable rules (green boxes) on email notifications that are sent by the NVR?
