Firmwareupdate for Amovision Q639

Hello,
does anybody know, if an Update for the above mentioned Camera exists, and where I can get (download) it?
Hard Ver: 8100-mt9p006
Software Ver: V2.0.6.3-M20-Build:20131010D

The Problem with this firmware is, it just does not save video to ftp. Even with single pictures it saves 10 with filenames like this:
IMG_chn1_md_009.jpg
But will not increase Numer above 9. Instead stops saving images.
Also the motion detection does not work at all.
I searched the net, but can't find any other firmware.

Have you tried contacting Amovision themselves?
I still have a couple of Amovision cameras from a few years back - though not that hardware version - and I did get some updates directly from them at the time.

Yes, I wrote them an email on their site some weeks (2 or 3?) ago. No answer.
