Firmware for IP Camera (DS-2CD3346WD-I)

Hello, I'd like to modify the firmware on my Hikvision IP Camera. The default firmware is in Chinese. I need an English firmware version. Thank you!

"an English firmware version" won't change the language the camera uses and will likely not install with a 'language mismatch' error.

The camera region / language is defined by the device-specific protected 'bootpara' data that's written into the camera itself during manufacture. This holds model code, capabaility, region, language. OEM code etc.
The serial number in your screenshot includes CCCH which means it's a Chinese camera.
