EZVIZ C4S (Chinese version) RTSP?

Hello all,

I have 2 of these cams laying about. brought them from my previous home in China.

I would like to continue using them, but as RTSP cams connected to my Synology NAS and that's where the trouble starts. These cams don't have a web server and usually work cloud based only via a Chinese app. I can however get them to work using a PC app called EZVIZ Studio, as in, view the livestream, but nothing else. Using software such as Hikvision SADP tool I can view the cam's properties such as IP, MAC and firmware version. I can't change a thing since it's asking for an admin password I don't have and the default Hikvision '-' is not accepted.

I wonder if anyone has any experience with these cams and could point me in the right direction, appreciate any information!

If no web access then I don't suppose ONVIF Device Manager will show any RTSP info.
But as it's a PC app, you may be able to spot an RTSP setup activity if you do a wireshark capture of the network traffic when you start it up.
