Email configuration

Hello,

I'm trying to set email on my HIKVISION DS-2CD2342WD-I but when I test I have an error message 'Failed to connect to test server.'

Here my settings:

Sender: xxx.xxx
Sender address: xxx.xxx@orange.fr
SMTP server: smtp.orange.fr
Port server: 465

Authentication:
username:xxx.xxx
password: xxxxxx

Any idea?

Is the camera on the LAN, or a PoE port on an NVR?
What DNS settings are you using - your LAN router, or Google DNS (8.8.8.8) which works OK for Hikvision?
Can you test the NTP server settings successfully?

The camera is on the LAN.
DNS used 8.8.8.8
NTP server setting is ok
