DVR Stuck at Boot -- Please Help

please tell me commands i all so tried all commands. they didn't work..
Please supply more information - such as :
How did the problem start?
A transcript of the commands you tried, and how.

i am upgrading my dvr then suddenly electric light was cut off,
then i connect my UPS and And DVR on but only 1 BEEP no Display.
DVR MODEL NO -DS-7216HQHI-K1

this error found when connecting SecureCRT.
That looks like the applied firmware is partially corrupt, presumably due to the power failure.

Suggestion :
Download / install the Hikvision tftp updater, and place the firmware file in the same folder.

At power-on, interrupt the bootloader (probably with Control-U) and follow the on-screen instructions to update the firmware.
If the bootloader goes to a command prompt instead of the update menu, use the 'printenv' command to show what the 'ipaddr' and 'serverip' IP addresses are set to.
Change the PC IP address to the same as 'serverip'.
Use the 'update' command to apply the firmware.

Keep Control-U pressed before applying power.

Post the text (not a picture) of the serial console output.
