DS-2CD4B25G0-IZS - 4.7~65.8mm - Firmware can not to find download

Hi everyone,
I wanted to ask everyone for help. I bought these two older but functional cameras to monitor my gate, but the first thing I realized is that the camera is clearly from 2018 and so it's older, so I started with that. But what surprised me is that there is no link on the official website to download the latest version, like for other cameras that I have installed. In the past, over 30 pieces for customers. Like the classic IZS or iDS, where the firmware can be as large as 1GB.

And the first problem I had was with this. But this will be solved by the newer firmware: Browser Not Supported - I think.

Thank you all for your efforts to help. Maybe someone here is directly from the manufacturer.

The older firmware wants to download an ActiveX plug-in from the camera which non-IE browsers (Chrome, Edge and other Chromium-based browsers and Firefox) don't want and cannot install so you can't get the new firmware uploaded to the camera.

FWIW, here's some simpler instructions below to enable Internet Exp;lorer 11 in Windows 10 or 11, courtesy of @bsocko back in October of 2023. It's basically the same as your Hikvision link but clarified and easier to follow:

1. Open Notepad:
2. Paste the single line of code below:
3. CreateObject("InternetExplorer.Application").Visible=true
4. Save as forceIE.vbs
5. Make sure the the file name ends in .vbs not .txt, If it ends in .txt you must rename to .vbs
6. Your all set, click the new shortcut anytime you want native Internet Explorer
