DS-2CD4A25FWD not detected on SADP

Hi AlL

bought a DS-2CD4A25FWD and I cant seem to get it to be visible on SADP.
I am able to see the LEDs on the IR power up. Whats the best option to potentially unbrick this?
It's brand new... (facebook seller).

Have you performed a hard reset of the camera yet?
If it's the IZS suffix there's a reset button under the SD card door.
Once reset the default IP should be, IIRC, 192.168.1.64

Does the Link Detect LED light on the switch or router port you have connected it to?
Have you tried using another ethernet cable to connect the camera?
