Is there a way to install English language/English firmware to this Chinese Camera? I don't want to brick it so I ask in advance.
The original firmware is V5.5.4 build 171206, language is Chinese. Its serial number has CH

Stock EN/ML firmware will either be rejected by the update process, or brick the camera if you force the update over tftp or serial console.

Hello, do you know who is able to hack or flash the English firmware into the DS-2CD3T86 or DS-2CD3386 cameras which have original Chinese firmware?
I can post one free camera for developing purpose.
