DS-2CD2T4WD-I3 - Bullet 4MP Password Rest Failed !

Dears

i'm facing a problem within SADP Software when i try to Reset my camera Password , i did this steps three times before :
1.Sending XML File to support Team
2. Reviving the rest code and it's works properly

But in this time it gives me this error message " Failed to reset password .Other :2022 " !!!!!

Note :

• I kept the camera on in period between sending XML File and receiving the Key .

• please Check the attached Photo .

Maybe ask Hikvision Support what the error means, as they seem quite responsive to you.

I have same Problem. my camera model S-2CD2020F-IW.

The sollution is: after export of XML file, DONT turn of NVR. First import the new reset file!

And also I usually recommend keeping the PC and software running - I have had that error code a few times before.

check if the time and date in your camera are matched with the date time you sent in Hikvision Reset application form ......
This Was My Problem ...
