DS-2CD2442FWD-IW - Fail Alarms

Hello,
I get a lot of Fail Alarms from the Motion Detection because of the Sunshine change. See Picture attached.
Sensitivity: 35
Percentage: 8
What can I do to fix this ??

Explore the settings for Intrusion Detection and Line Crossing Detection instead of Motion Detection.

Ok I tried Intrusion Detection.
Threshold(s): 2
Sensitivity: 20

If some one Enter the Door, nothing. No Alarm....... I don't have the Settings Percentage. Firmware V5.4.5 build 170124

Your min and max sizes are almost the same. Start with a much smaller min size.

What is max; min and Draw Area

When an object intrudes in to the 'Draw Area' (the area of interest) you can specify the smallest and largest sizes that will be assessed to create an intrusion detection event.

Thx for the Explanation. Right now I use Threshold(s) = 0 Sensitivity = 15 and if some one Enter fast the door I didn't get him.

About the Sensitivity, more higher is more sensitive. right ??
