DS-2CD2432F-IW upgraded to 5.3 now boot looping - can't access

Hello,

Just got around to addressing the Gmail issue with my DS-2CD2432F-IW. Read a post on here that indicated I needed to upgrade to latest firmware and re-configure some things. I mistakenly upgraded to DS-2CD2x12,2x32 IP camera firmware v5.3.0_150513 and now the camera appears to be boot looping.

I can't reach the camera from the last IP address I had set it to wired or wireless. I tried to do a reset by unplugging power and ethernet (it's not PoE), pressing reset button for several seconds, plugging in power and holding down the reset button for several more seconds. I tried 15 and 30 seconds a couple times. Nothing happens. When I plug the ethernet back in the link light blinks a bit and then every few minutes it looks like it is rebooting. All the lights light solid for a few seconds and then it goes back to the alarm light lit solid and the link light blinking.

The camera isn't detected with HikTools SADP.

Can you please tell me if there is anything else I can try?
