i have a DS-2CD2432F-IW which I did not realized was converted to the English version. After updating to the latest 5.3 firmware, I cannot access the camera anymore. I can still see it with SADP tool. Where can i download the HIK TFTP tool since Hikvision pulled it from their website?

I read various thread but was not clear with method to unbrick the camera. Note: I do not have a copy of my original firmware. Advise greatly appreciated.

You can find the tftp updater and instructions inside the contents of the downgrader linked to here: https://www.ipcamtalk.com/showthrea...are-Downgrader-5-3-0-Chinese-to-5-2-5-English
And the downgrader firmware itself may solve the problem of your camera.
What firmware version is showing on the camera label, and what showed in the web GUI?
And if SADP is showing firmware as a 4.0.8 version, the camera is running in the 'min-system' recovery mode.

On the back of the camera, the label says v5.2.8. SADP is showing 4.0,8 version. Since the camera is not 5.2.5 and below,is it safe to use the downgrader in the link.

thanks for the help. I was able to use the instructions and information to restore the firmware and access the camera.

I noticed there is a different firmware 5.3.0Downgrader4lines. How is this different from the regular 5.3.0Downgrader?

It's explained in the thread.
A davinci hack to extend the line crossing detection number of lines from 1 to 4.
It's not guaranteed to be compatible with all cameras.
